How to use the                                         CryoSplash™ facial ice cube bowl

Let the show begin

1. prepare the ice mould

Fold the CryoSplash™ facial bowl down. Press down with both hands.

Fill me to thrill me

2. fill with water

Fill the ice cube moulds with pure, filtered water up to the edge of the mould.

Ice, ice baby

3. freeze

Place the bowl horizontally and flat in the freezer.

Eyes on you

4. make the bowl ready for use

Unfold the CryoSplash™ facial bowl fully upwards. Place one hand inside the bowl and pull up with your other hand.

Crush me harder, please

5. release the ice cubes

Press from the bottom with your fingertips to push the ice cubes out.

Get wet, stay cool

6. fill the bowl

Fill the facial bowl with pure, filtered, cold water. Do not fill above the maximum indicator line.

Ice kiss me

7. dip your face

Submerge your face up to your ears to stimulate the vagus nerve. Repeat with intervals of 10 to 20 seconds.

Poussez les glaçons par dessous avec vos bouts des doigts pour les faire sortir.

6. remplissez le bol

Remplissez le bol visage avec de l’eau pure, filtrée et froide. Ne dépassez pas la ligne d’indication maximale.

7. plongez votre visage

Plongez votre visage jusqu’aux oreilles pour stimuler le nerf vague. Répétez par intervalles de 10 à 20 secondes.

5. drücken Sie die Eiswürfel heraus

Drücken Sie von unten mit den Fingerspitzen, um die Eiswürfel aus der Form zu lösen.

6. füllen Sie die Schale

Füllen Sie die Gesichtsschale mit reinem, gefiltertem, kaltem Wasser. Nicht über die Maximal-Markierung hinaus füllen.
